Split Cables by Profiles: split a curve with multi-spline profile to several curves maintaining the curvature;
Change Split Cable Curve: reconstruct the split curve so that its shape passes through the split curve skeleton;
Refit Mesh or Cable: create a Bezier curve that fits the selected mesh line, poly curve or bezier curve;
Split Cables by Profiles
Select one or several curves and run the function;
Each profile spline will become a separate curve — with the origin in the original coordinates;
Change Split Cable Curve
Select one or several curves from the Split operation and run the function;
Each profile’s origin is aligned to its center, each related curve tries to follow the original curve;
Refit Mesh or Cable
Fit a bezier curve to the selected mesh line, poly or bezier curve.
Select one of several mesh lines (with no polygons), poly curves or bezier curves with any number of splines and run the function;
Adjust the
Error Threshold (S)to control how many points will be added to the resulting curve;The green line represents the new refitted curve, optionally adjust the preview intensity;
If a curve was selected as an input, the new refitted curve will inherit its properties like resolution, profile, and average values of spline radius and tilt.
